NEW TOOLS REVIEW: Tascam DR-07mkII by Jeff Towne

Transom's TOOLS editor Jeff Towne went hunting for a decent digital audio recorder priced under $150 and found the Tascam DR-07mkII. While it's not perfect (what is?) Jeff says this Tascam would be "a good recorder for someone starting out, or for schools or workshops that lend equipment to multiple users."
