Story Workshop Spring 2017: Listening Event

Thursday, May 25, 2017 at 7 p.m., Community Hall, Woods Hole, MA

Nine Transom Story Workshop  students have spent nine weeks learning the craft of telling stories with sound. Join us for a public listening event on Thursday, May 25th at 7:00 at The Community Hall (68 Water Street) in Woods Hole to celebrate their work and ask them questions. It’s free.

The listening event will precede a brief graduation ceremony and we encourage the audience to help us celebrate the students of the Spring 2017 Transom Story Workshop.

Feel free to share information on the Listening Event via our Facebook posting.

Note: We are now accepting applications for the Fall 2017 Transom Story Workshop. Radio instructor Rob Rosenthal, along with teaching assistant, Leila Day, will run the 9-week program for nine beginning producers. Special guests include Robyn Semien of This American Life, Robert Smith of NPR’s Planet Money, along with Transom staff and others who drop by. Scholarships available too! If you would like to be added to our Workshop e-mail list, please write to us at info at transom.org.
