Thursday, May 26, 2016 at 7 p.m., Community Hall, Woods Hole, MA

Nine Transom Story Workshop  students have spent eight weeks learning the craft of telling stories with sound. Join us for a public listening event on Thursday, May 26 at 7:00 at The Community Hall in Woods Hole to celebrate their work and ask them questions. It’s free.

The listening event will precede a brief graduation ceremony and we encourage the audience to help us celebrate the students of the Spring 2016 Transom Story Workshop.

Feel free to share information on the Listening Event via our Facebook posting.

Note: We are now accepting applications for the Fall 2016 Transom Story Workshop. Radio instructor Rob Rosenthal, along with a teaching assistant will run the 9-week program for nine beginning producers. Special guests include Daniel Alarcón of Radio Ambulante, Nancy Updike of This American Life, along with Transom staff and others who drop by. Scholarships available too! If you would like to be added to our Workshop e-mail list, please write to us at info at transom.org.
