Nine Transom Story Workshop  students have spent nine weeks learning the craft of telling stories with sound. Join us for a public listening event on Thursday, November 17 at 7:00 at The Community Hall in Woods Hole to celebrate their work and ask them questions. It’s free.

The listening event will precede a brief graduation ceremony and we encourage the audience to help us celebrate the students of the Fall 2016 Transom Story Workshop.

Feel free to share information on the Listening Event via our Facebook posting.

Note: We are now accepting applications for the Spring 2017 Transom Story Workshop. Radio instructor Rob Rosenthal, along with a teaching assistant, will run the 9-week program for nine beginning producers. Special guests include Ira Glass of This American Life, Shereen Marisol Meraji of NPR’s Code Switch, along with Transom staff and others who drop by. Scholarships available too! If you would like to be added to our Workshop e-mail list, please write to us at info at transom.org.
